	Please return enrolment form completed and signed. (By father or mother for under 18) - Passport photograph - Written authorisation allowing us to take the necessary measures in case of medical or surgical emergency (by father or mother for under 18) - Payment corresponding to 30% of total amount due (lessons, accommodation, transfers) Upon receival of your enrolment form, we will send you written confirmation, the invoice and the necessary information essential for an enjoyable stay. The balance must be paid 15 days before course starting date.

	> Cancellation All cancellations must be in writing. Charge : € 50.- Retained from total invoice sum: 30% will be taken from 15 - 30 days before course date 65% will be taken from 7 - 14 days before course date 85% will be taken from 1 - 6 days before course date 100% in the event of no presentation
	No re-imbursement will be carried out in the event of arrival after the beginning of a course or upon leaving a course before its end. If we cancel a course, the totality will be re-imbursed.
	> Transfers Any requirements involving handling of transfers between the place of arrival and the place of accommodation must be done in writing, stating place, date and arrival time at least one week before foreseen date.
	> Insurance We advise participants to get insurance covering risks of illness, accidents, loss or stolen luggage, expatriation or injury caused by another.
	> Visa Non European : Ask for a tourist visa for a duration of less than 3 months at a French consulate in your country. For more than 3 months, see modalities at this consulate.
